How to STOP this SPAM TEXT

Said He was Officer, don't remember the name and told me to have my Attorney call, because they have a report of some sort with my ss number concerning fraud. I did not return the call as I have had similar calls in the past few weeks. Not English speaking person, at least not good english.

Need to find who's number this is

They have called me 8 times today and never answer or leave a message. I filled out some scholarship information online and I have been researching this number and it seems to be the source. I would like the phone calls to stop please. Thanks.

Called today ... did not answer it

This is the thid day in a row this number has called my cell phone number. The first time i answered it, no onewas there. th next two days i didn't answer it in time, so when i tried to call back it say's "all line are busy", but just now i got through to a recording about so kind of college enrollment thing. when asked to be removed from the calling list, guess what, you get dead air...... all these phone calls have been comming in around 9:30 am

This number calls all hours of the day and night .I wont answer it as it is calling my cell phone .Not wasting my time and minutes on someone who wont even leave a message.I do not know this number and if it was important they would leave a message

I received it a few minutes ago to Bilbao (Spain)

I seem to get these calls every few months... I did not listen to the whole message this time - Its the same you owe money, have to pay now or go to jail... it stops for awhile and then starts again.,
